There's an enticing pink tint to this year's Pinot Gris from extra time on skins before pressing. That extra work on hand-picked fruit brings more fruit flavour and texture to the wine. As in previous years, fermentation was native in neutral barrel. 

The vineyard's decomposed granite clay loam provides structure and power. There’s an unctuous peach and almond blossom profile to Beechworth Pinot Gris and it will have you returning to the glass for more. 

It's an over-used marketing cliche, but this is my favourite release of Pinot Gris yet and it will only continue to improve with time in bottle.

2025 turned out exceptionally high quality white wines in our cellar. Unfortunately, there isn't a lot of this available, it will sell out faster than I would like.
